Reiki
Reiki is a gentle form of energy work that helps calm the nervous system, reduce stress, and support the body’s natural ability to heal. It works with the energy that already exists within your body—your heartbeat, breath, and the electrical signals your brain and nerves use to function.
Just like our bodies need rest, movement, and nutrition, our internal energy systems need balance too. When that energy is disrupted by stress, trauma, or daily life, we may feel anxious, disconnected, or out of sync.

Reiki helps realign those natural energy patterns—not by adding anything new, but by creating space for the body to reset. There are no rituals, no belief systems, and nothing being "given" to you. It’s simply a calm, supportive experience designed to help your body find balance.

Meditation
Meditation is a practice that helps quiet the mind, improve focus, and regulate the nervous system. It involves sitting in stillness or following guided prompts to help you shift out of stress and into a more calm, centered state.

There’s no need to “empty your mind” or believe in anything specific—just a willingness to pause and notice what’s going on internally. Over time, meditation can help reduce anxiety, improve emotional awareness, and increase your ability to stay present and grounded in daily life.

Sound Healing
Sound healing uses calming vibrations from instruments like singing bowls, chimes, or tuning forks to support physical and emotional balance. These sound frequencies gently interact with the body’s natural energy systems—helping to release tension, settle the mind, and promote relaxation.

This type of session doesn’t involve touch or movement—just lying or sitting comfortably and allowing the sounds to support your body’s ability to regulate and reset. It’s a simple, peaceful experience that supports rest and nervous system recovery.

Floating Sound Bath
In this unique experience, you’ll rest weightlessly in an aerial hammock while soothing sound vibrations fill the space around you. Instruments like singing bowls and chimes create gentle frequencies that support the body’s natural energy flow, reduce stress, and help the mind unwind.

Floating in the hammock adds a sense of lightness and calm, allowing deeper relaxation and a stronger sense of nervous system reset. No movement is required—just relax, breathe, and let the sound support your body’s return to balance.
