Kids Aerial 

At Resilient, we offer therapeutic aerial yoga classes for kids that use movement and sensory experiences to improve emotional regulation, boost self-esteem, manage stress, enhance concentration and memory, and develop strength and flexibility. Classes are organized in 12-week sessions, meeting once a week for 45 minutes (ages 5-7) or 50 minutes (ages 8-12). Kids will enjoy fun, engaging activities while building skills and confidence.

Level 1A

Take your practice to the next level with our 4-Week Level 1A Yoga Class! This series builds upon foundational skills, guiding you deeper into poses while enhancing alignment and movement fluidity. Develop strength, balance, and flexibility as you learn to connect breath with movement. Ideal for those who have completed our Beginner's Foundations class or have some basic yoga experience.
